- Avoid lockstep handoffs and “who has the file” friction.
- Pair on architecture and specs in the same view.
Real-time co-editing is the default on Collab branches (one shared working copy). On Standard and Protected, each editor works on a personal temporary copy; live presence is per working copy. For changes that need approval, merge into Protected via a merge request.
